By accessing or using the TestBurst API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TestBurst provides an AI-powered API for generating test practice questions. The service includes question generation, answer validation, and related features as described in our documentation.

3. API Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. You agree not to exceed rate limits, abuse the service, or use the API for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you generate through the API. TestBurst retains ownership of the API, its documentation, and all underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

TestBurst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your API access will be revoked and any outstanding balances will become due.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
